The Trubor is designed to eliminate misalignment of the barrel and compensator bore or movement of the compensator along the barrel threads, giving the shooter a more consistent performance and reduced muzzle flip. True to 1911 tradition, the Trubor has a classic scalloped slide with front and rear cocking serrations on a forged steel slide (blued) with polished sides, aluminum magwell, stainless steel ambidextrous safeties, stainless steel high rise grip safety, full length guide rod, checkered front strap, and checkered mainspring housing. Factory .38 Super and .38 Super +P generally do not meet the minimum power and pressure levels required for proper operation of these competition grade firearms.
